What’s included?

A vaccination and wellness clinic sponsored by HealthCoreMD can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization. Our event coordinators will work directly with HR to ensure the clinic event runs smoothly and is well attended. The online scheduling tool allows employees to schedule their clinic appointments ahead of time, reducing wait times and lines. Your company's logo will be incorporated into a customized flier and poster template. A comprehensive aggregate report on employees' overall health can demonstrate the effectiveness of the Corporate Wellness Program.

On-site Clinic Service Options

Employers and employees are covered by insurance plans for Wellness Check-up Clinics and Vaccination Clinics provided by HealthCoreMD mobile medical teams. Considering the sheer number of companies we serve, if you self-insure and wish to pay the entire cost of preventative care or part of it, you can expect the lowest prices. We work closely with your insurance broker and TPA to provide you with the lowest rates.

Optional Screenings

The following tests are usually not covered by insurance plans unless ordered by the primary care physician.

  • Cardiac Panel: ESR (sed rate), hsCRP, homocysteine
  • Female Panel: FSH, estradiol, testosterone
  • Male Panel: PSA, total testosterone, DHEA
  • Bone Health Panel: Vitamin D (25-hydroxyvitamin D)
  • Thyroid Panel: T3, T4, FTI, TSH
  • Diabetes Risk Panel: Glucose, HbA1c
  • Allergy Panels: RAST blood panels for inhaled allergens or foods
  • Heavy (Toxic) Metals Screening: Mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium, etc.

Depending on insurance providers, mobile clinic wellness exams are covered, unless the worker has already received their annual exam in-clinic.
