What's included with Telehealth Plus+?
HealthCoreMD provides a comprehensive telehealth program for members, who pay a monthly due that is less costly than a typical doctor co-pay with insurance.
Our telehealth programs offer unlimited consultations 24/7/365. There are never additional charges or fees for unlimited access. Membership includes an entire family of household dependents.
U.S. board-certified doctors and specialists are used exclusively for member consultations. In contrast to many other providers, physician assistants are not used for HealthCoreMD consultations.
Doctor consultations are scheduled within 8-15 minutes of speaking to a member of our care coordination team. Login or use our mobile app and it’s just as fast!
Each member has their own HIPAA- compliant patient portal that stores vital health history, prescriptions, and online doctors' diagnoses. Records may be shared electronically with your primary care physician. Primary members may set up patient portals for all dependent-household members they plan to include in the program, at no extra cost.

Our physicians prescribe 82% of the most common medications that deliver direct medicinal value. These include but are not limited to drug classes such as antibiotics and antihistamines. Our physicians do not issue online prescriptions for substances regulated by the DEA, those used for a nontherapeutic purpose, or those substances that may be potentially harmful or addictive.

Current plan members who refer four (4) eligible individuals who become telehealth members for a minimum of six months; that referring member will receive a credit of 12 months of free membership added to their plan after the conclusion of 12 consecutive months of paid membership dues. Plus+ Counseling Sessions by phone or video
Plus+ plan members and family members may speak with a professional counselor via phone or video.
Sessions are to provide support and problem assessment for helping solve behavioral health issues.
Our counselors are master's-degreed professionals with expertise in counseling, marital/family issues, depression, workplace and career issues, substance abuse, addictions, and more.
This program is designed for short-term problem resolution, referral, and crisis intervention services. The number of sessions will be dependent on the nature of the issue and will be clinically appropriate as determined by the professional counselor.
