When creating your personal account, please verify your date of birth, address, email, and phone number are correct. It is important to note, you will not pay membership dues through this website, unless your sponsor has instructed you to do so. Depending on the size of your group, membership dues are discounted and paid directly by the group sponsor to HealthCoreMD.  A Group Sponsor may be an employer or an organization with which you are affiliated.

Feeling ill but need to get the job done? To ensure you continue to perform at your best, our doctors are available 24/7/365 to help. What if your child is sick in the middle of the night? For quick access to doctors and pediatricians, our members can use video consults, our mobile app, or call us.

All memberships include unlimited doctor consultations for the primary member and up to seven dependents. One monthly membership fee covers unlimited household consultations, and there are no additional fees or copays. We have Spanish-speaking doctors in our network, as well as a fully functional Spanish-language patient portal. Use this contact form to let your employer know you want to opt in to this program.

How are membership dues paid?

There are several options available to your group sponsor, all of which provide a group discount on membership dues. Various payment options are described below. To find out how your group membership is handled, you can contact us or speak with your employer.

  • The Group Sponsor pays 100% of your membership dues.
  • You (the Group Member) and your Group Sponsor pay your membership dues upon a prearranged split. Customarily employees choose to have their share of the monthly membership due taken out of their paycheck as a “payroll deduction”.
  • The Group Member pays 100% of the membership dues. But because they are part of a group it is at a discounted rate. In this event.

When our members call to schedule a doctor consultation, they speak directly to a "live person" on our Care Coordination Team based in the United States. The Care Coordinator then updates their patient portal records with the symptoms the member has shared and triages that information to our network of U.S. board-certified doctors. Then within about 8-15 minutes, you are online or speaking with a doctor by phone.
